Jade Searcey
MA, BCBA
Clinical Director
Jade is a Florida native and has resided in Northeast Florida for the past 20-years. Originally from Palm Beach, Jade moved to Jacksonville to attend the Psychology program at the University of North Florida. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2013, she went on to obtain a Master's in Applied Behavioral Analysis specializing in Autism from Ball State University in 2016. Jade has spent the past twelve years providing behavioral therapy to individuals of varying ages (2-26) and needs (ASD, ADHD, ODD, CD, etc.), spending 9 of those years as a BCBA
Jade has an ambitious husband, three children of her own, one determined teen son and two awesome daughters! Outside of her career, Jade loves spending time with her family, following Christ, paddleboarding, and going to the beach!
Ashley
B.S. Psychology, RBT
Ashley is a one-of-a-kind type of find! As a "home-grown" RBT, Ashley started her behavior therapy career here at Limitless in 2024. After getting her feet wet, Ash completely changed her career goals to pursue a master's in applied behavior analysis. Ashley earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2025 from the University of North Florida and will begin her Masters program in Orlando in the fall!
Amanda
RBT
Check out this girl Amanda- she is a ROCKSTAR!! Adored by her clients and coworkers alike, Amanada has been a part of the Limitless family for a year and has made lifelong impacts on everyone she's met! Not only is Amanda always cool, calm, and collected, but she's also got the best sense of humor and will go above and beyond with silliness to connect with her kids! Amanda is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Psychology and plans on beginning her Master's program in 2026!

Alyssa
B.S. Psychology, RBT
Another "home grown" RBT, Alyssa joined the Limitless family as an intern just looking to learn more about what ABA is. Jump forward to today and she's given several kids a voice who prior too had none and fell in love with the field so much she changed her career path to pursue ABA! Alyssa graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Florida in May 2025 and begins her Master's in ABA program in Fall 2025.
Alyssa has been a natural working with early learners, teaching communication by replacing challenging behaviors with words! Alyssa is a go-getter and has taken initiative to learn as much as she can since day one! Alyssa is proficient at teaching communication via AAC devices (i.e. proloquo2go) and PECs and that is only the beginning! We are truly blessed to have such an amazing human being on our team!
Aisley
B.S. Psychology, RBT
Aisley was born and raised in Northwest Florida. She earned her bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders from the University of Central and has spent the past 5 years working with children in a variety of settings. Now a student at the University of West Florida, Aisley is in the final stretch to earning her master's in applied Behavior Analysis! Aisley truly is amazing- she has changed the trajectory of kids' lives. She is passionate about our kids and it shows every day in her and in our kids' successes. When not at work, Aisley spends her time with her family and loving on her sweet fur-baby Kilo!
Halle
RBT
Another "home grown" RBT and Jacksonville native, Halle was born and raised right here in Jacksonville! Hallie is a 2023 High School graduate and intends on beginning her Bachelor's degree program studying psychology in 2026! Hallie is one of nine kids, most of which are adopted from the foster care system into their family. Growing up in such a unique way has developed Hallie's character and made her one of the most compassionate, understanding, and hard-working people I've ever met. As a sister to a brother with autism, Hallie has an insider's perspective into helping others with special needs. Hallie has been an RBT for over a year and her passion for being a therapist reflects in her kid's successes! Outside of work, Halle spends her time leading disciple groups, training girls in competitive gymnastics, and spending time with her family!
Loraine
RBT
Loraine has been changing lives since 2020 when she became an RBT right here in Jacksonville. Loraine is one of the most passionate people you'll ever meet and loves every single kid she works with as if they were her own. With a slew of experience and very versatile skill set, Loraine can run a killer DTT session in the morning with our littles then teach social skills to our older kids in the afternoon! Loarine takes initiative and doesn't hesitate to support our team and go above and beyond for our clients. Loraine has been a part of the Limitless family for almost a year and if it were possible we would be replicate her a hundred times over! When she's not leading a therapy session, Loraine likes to spend time relaxing at the pool, going out with family, and loving on her doggy!
Chris
RBT
Chris is a one-of-a-kind find! As a Florida A&M alumnus, Chris earned his bachelor's degree in 2022 and obtained his RBT certification in January of '23. Chris comes from a blended family of 8 including 5 siblings and two sets of amazing parents. Specializing in social skill development and language acquisition, Chris has been a part of the Limitless Family for almost a year, and his kids are truly blessed to have such a knowledgeable, kind, and articulate therapists I've ever met. His purpose in the field is to help shape the next generation of bright minds into innovative, compassionate, and persevering individuals. Outside of work, Chris spends his time fishing, running trails, and hanging out with friends and family.
